《茶經(jīng)》The Classics of Tea

唐代中期，陸羽的《茶經(jīng)》問世。《茶經(jīng)》是中國(guó)乃至世界現(xiàn)存最早、最完整、最全面介紹茶的專著，被譽(yù)為茶葉百科全書。此書是關(guān)于茶葉生產(chǎn)的歷史、源流、現(xiàn)狀、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)以及飲茶技藝、茶道原理的綜合性論著，是劃時(shí)代的茶學(xué)專著、精辟的農(nóng)學(xué)著作。書中有闡述茶文化方面的內(nèi)容，將普通茶事升格為一種美妙的文化藝能，推動(dòng)了中國(guó)茶文化的發(fā)展。

In the middle of the Tang Dynasty, Lu Yu's the Classics of Tea was published. The Classics of Tea is the earliest, most complete and most comprehensive introduction to tea in China and the world, which is known as the tea encyclopedia. The book includes the history, origin, current situation, production technology of tea production, as well as the tea drinking techniques and tea ceremony principles. It is an epoch-making tea school monograph, an incisive agronomic book, and a book on tea culture.
